Many of our clients are first-time therapy users. We'll guide you through the process and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Your first session will focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy.

Your first session is an intake appointment where we'll discuss your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy. We'll also review practical matters like scheduling and payment. This session helps us understand how to best support you.

Come as you are! It's helpful to think about what's bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain. We'll provide a brief intake form beforehand, but mostly just be ready to share your story at whatever level feels comfortable.
